Why Service your Equipment?

The Provision of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) 1998 requires that any equipment which is provided for use at work is:

Suitable for use, and for the purpose and conditions in which it is used;

Maintained in a safe condition for use; and

Inspected to ensure that it is, and continues to be, safe for use.

(HSE, INDG291)

To help you to ensure that the pressure care equipment in your organisation is suitable for use and maintained in a safe condition we offer a range of flexible Service Solutions which can be tailored to meet a variety of requirements. Whether you require a fully inclusive 4 hour response time or simply an annual service or diagnostic check, our tailored solutions and extensive expertise will provide you with complete peace of mind.

Maintenance and Repair

Service Solutions provide you with a scheduled maintenance scheme to help reduce equipment failures; identifying potential problems before they arise can eliminate product downtime and prolong product longevity.

If a problem does arise our highly equipped engineers have the ability to respond rapidly and in many cases resolve the problem on site. In the event that a repair cannot be carried out on site we will provide an equivalent replacement product until the repair is complete.

"Park House Healthcare has been the principle supplier of mattresses to the St Helens and Knowsley Community Loan Stores for a number of years. Last year they were also allocated the contract for the service, repair and decontamination all of our alternating mattresses and scan beds. Throughout this relationship Park House Healthcare has gone above and beyond their contractual obligations to help us out and I am more than happy with the service they continue to provide."

Christine Morrison

ICES Hygiene Supervisor, Integrated Community Equipment Service

"Park House Healthcare provides NHS Fife with a service, maintenance and repair contract, for a large quantity of pressure relieving equipment.  This equipment plays a significant role in the continuing care of patients and throughout the contract, Park House Healthcare has met the requirements and standards stipulated by NHS Fife,  ensuring that this vital equipment is available at the time it is most needed."

Mark Valintine, Facilities Manager, NHS Fife

"Park House Healthcare have been supplier of the service and maintenance of profiling beds, pressure relieving mattress and LOLER testing for over three years. This contract also includes the repair and decontamination of profiling beds and mattresses. We have always experienced good communication with Park House and a quick and efficient response to all calls and e-mails. The service engineers attend as soon as they can - usually the same day - to collect or to maintain our equipment.

When the Hospice had to be relocated to temporary accommodation for renovation, Park House Healthcare supported us by assisting with the transfer of beds and mattresses to and from the temporary accommodation. This was over and above their obligations and very much appreciated.

I am very happy with the service provided by Park House Healthcare; we have developed a good working relationship during the last few years and would recommend the company to other Healthcare establishments."

Vicky Bracey, Clinical Nurse Manager, St. Clare's Hospice

I would like to thank Park House Healthcare for their professionalism. They visited my Mother  at home on a number of occasions, to assist with her electric profiling bed. All staff were polite and I wanted you to know that we appreciated your service.
