I would like to express my thanks to the Park House Audit Team in saying how professional they carried out our recent mattress audit. Having never been involved in an audit before, Park House had the additional responsibility of organising my team and guiding them through the audit process from the start to finish.

I cannot believe we achieved so much in such a short space of time; as a whole I feel the audit went very well, the team were courteous, polite and conducted themselves in a professional manner at all times.

411 mattresses were ordered and specially made to accommodate the size of the larger hospital beds that our Trust purchased previously.
The design and prototype were promptly sent to the Trust for approval and delivery date was scheduled to be carried out over 3 days to install all 411 mattresses across 3-4 different sites.
The Trust arranged that the mattresses would be exchanged and the old mattresses would be removed and destroyed by Park House Healthcare. This process worked exceptionally well with very little disturbance to the patients’ and staff routine.

I would like to congratulate Park House Healthcare on their presentation, and consequent sale and after sale service.
We recently purchased some Wellington bariatric chairs and PAC standard size chairs from the Duke Chair Range for the Trust, which have met all our requirements. The height variation and the ability to colour code for the latter has proved invaluable. The house keeping wheels are very useful when moving within wards and the drop arm facility on the Somerset chair is excellent when transferring patients.
I would certainly recommend both Park House Healthcare and the Duke Chair Range offered.

With the increasing demands encountered in Infection Prevention & Control today, we required help to undertake a mattress audit Trust wide.  Park House Health Care's audit team provided a free service that reacted quickly and efficiently across numerous sites. Members of the audit team were always available for advice and on completion of the audit comprehensive reports were provided.  These ensured appropriate mattresses were purchased to meet the needs of client groups accessing care.
